"Had Original Chimney come out and Clean my chimney. Chimney wasn’t very dirty and they checked the remainder of chimney for fire hazards and safety they charged me 220.00. They said one of my prefab tiles needed to be replaced and cost 315.00. Later I received an invoice that showed I needed two tiles replaced and they also put up another screen. It was screen only. They used spray paint to fix paint peeling. The total cost was 1200.00. I feel like this was a little to expensive. I will not use this company again with out getting servers"

"C & S Services originally helped us move my daughter into her apartment in Athens 2 years ago. It was much more than moving her furniture. They had to hang shades in several 8 feet windows, as well as drapery panels in other windows. They hung decorative light fixtures in 3 rooms, antique panels, and several pieces of artwork. Our daughter graduated from UGA in May so C & S came back to undo everything that they did 2 years ago and load our Uhaul trailer for the trip back to Houston. Both times they could not have been more professional, punctual, polite, and efficient as well as very good about cleaning up. I would highly recommend them for moving and/or general handyman services."

"The sweeps arrived several hours later than the estimated 5 hour window given. They called three times to change the estimated arrival time and then arrived after dark the first night. There was no outside lighting at the house, and their ladder was too short to reach the roof without causing injury or damage to the vinyl siding. Therefore, they were unable to accurately assess the chimney and rain pan. They took pictures in the dark and said I needed a new rain pan and collar. They scheduled another day to come out for measurements. Meanwhile, the senior sweep repaired cracks in the firebox. He offered to paint the firebox. I asked if I could for that myself to save money. He shared the type of spray paint, high heat intensity, to purchase. The next two visits were during daylight hours and were within the given estimated time of arrival. The sweeps were courteous, professional, and appeared to be knowledgeable in their craft."
