They sent someone over within 24 hours, quickly identified the reason for the leaks (defective installation by a different roofing company), told us the necessary fix and how much it would cost, scheduled the job, ended up coming a week early to take advantage of favorable temperatures, and invited me up on the roof (twice), first to show me the problem and then to take a look at their work once they were done. My husband and I met with Dan who listened to every detail about our project replacing our very old roof and gutters Within a few hours that same day Dan sent us a very reasonable quote to do both roof and gutters. Within 1 week the roofers were here and the roof was done in 1 day Day 2 our gutters were done The clean up was fantastic! They left the site cleaner than before they were here!!
