He diagnosed a defective blower wheel motor due to an excess of dust buildup in the intake. He tracked down a new blower wheel assembly which was in Denver. "Michael arrived on the day and time promised.  He suggested we try to go through the insurance company, and arrived a second time while the insurance inspectors were here.  The insurance denied the claim, so we had to take advantage of a special offer at the time.  He had a crew available to get started on the project soon after.
The crew spread tarps on the driveway, then backed the truck over the tarps.  The crew worked through the day, rarely taking breaks.  

When done, Michael invited me up on the roof, and was receptive when I pointed out things needing attention. 


His crew returned to correct a problem, and now the roof looks great. 

I have already referred the company to a friend, and he, too, was pleased with the repairs done to his roof. 

The two men who installed the gutters did an amazing job of forming the gutters, and getting the length up on the roof.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
