"We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."

He came out on the weekend to scope it out and to see if he could give us any temporary relief. He then gave us really clear options for fixing the issue. He was then able to work us into his already booked week, knowing that our sewer problem had basically left us without any working bathrooms,- and in a full family household, that’s not great situation. When he and his son showed up they worked quickly to fix the problem, keeping the mess contained and out of our living areas. And he was fairly priced to boot! "It went very well. Hayden was very professional, timely, communicated well, and did an excellent job on our backyard deck. The deck needed cleaning up and staining. Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. He was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up the surrounding area after the job. The deck looks beautiful. I asked if he dealt with fences as well, and he indicated he does, so when ready, we will call on Ray’s Pressure Washing again! It will be soon!"
