"We moved into a newer home that was just about 10 years old but had issues with major ice damming and icicles due to heavy snow. This led to water damage inside of the house as the ice was melting and making its way inside our home. I had multiple quotes from several roofing outfits and they just eyeballed the situation and wanted to simply re-do the flashing. Most did the assessment from the street without going on the roof. None offered a guarantee. I came across Swistun on the net and found that they required a fee to assess the issue. I was a bit hesitant but went ahead anyways and i am very glad i did. The owner Casey came out and spent time not only on the roof but also inside of the attic to see what the cause might be. An assessment was made and a very detailed and illustrated solution/proposal was created with several options including ones with guaranteed no-leak options. Construction was done last summer and Casey was there for the majority of the work done. His crews were on time and kept the grounds clean. It was completed within the time frame since weather cooperated with us. He also took care of a gutter leak for free while he had his crew out. Everything looked great in the end as he had to do some construction to widen an exit of my roof valley to provide better drainage. After completion, Casey even stopped by after a heavy rain just to make sure things were draining correctly and made some adjustments to correct a potential issue. Mind you, this was after i paid the bill so it wasn't something i was expecting as a followup. You can tell he has a passion for problem solving. The big test was the following winter. Even after the early winter snowstorm that dropped an incredible amount of snow in a short period of time, the icicles and ice dams never formed. The solution worked brilliantly well! Also on a side note, the process was very easy throughout the entire project as Lori is the main contact person in his office and is very easy to communicate with. Casey is also very responsive. Wish all companies worked in this manner! I wouldn't consider them a bargain comparing to a regular roofer. However, if you want your roof leak situation fixed correctly, this is the way to do it! Swistun is a class act from start to finish!"

"This is the second time I have used Lake Point roofing, and again I am very happy with the entire process. Derek came out and helped me understand better my attic's need for ventilation after another company had tried to sell me much more than I needed. I had not expected to go with a solar fan, which costs more than an electric one, bit he explained that it would save on electricity, was eligible for a tax credit, and was much quieter--which means a lot since it is just above a bedroom. I greatly appreciate the way he took the time to evaluate and explain my house's individual needs, and actually warned me away from doing work I didn't need. The work itself was well done, and I know from past experience that if I ever have a problem they will be right back to resolve it. The fan is already making a big difference in the temperature upstairs. Even with excellent insulation, I always needed to keep the house colder than necessary downstairs to keep the 2nd floor from being too hot. Now the temperature is even throughout the house. I would recommend Lake Point Roofing to anyone and I will turn to them again when it is time to replace the roof. <br />"

"I highly recommend Peter and the team at Advanced Roofing and Construction! My roof was catastrophically damaged when a tree was laid across the width of the house in wind shear event, collapsing part of the structure beyond simple repair. Because it’s a mid-century modern house with a roof of unique composition, other roofing companies had never seen or worked with the material and either were not willing to undertake the repair or wanted to change the silhouette to accommodate their preferred materials and methods. This wasn’t the case with Advanced. They were familiar with both the materials and process needed and assured me that it could be fixed. In fact, t required an entire tear-off and they restored the roof better than I could have hoped. Every worker who was at the house was professional and courteous. The efforts made to clean up at the end of each day, even when the job was not yet done, were admirable. "I wasn't sure what to list as a price as we've used David Lancaster's AAA Better Roof a few times over the years although our most recent contact had no charges.  So I listed a rough total of all that we've spent with his company. <br> <br>The first was when we had our Cedar Shake roof replaced in 2000 or 2001 (about $9,000 for the job).  The second was in 2013 when there were a few repairs and some other work done (about $2,500 for the job).  Most recently he came out to inspect for damage as I was concerned that a recent hail storm might have caused damage.  On the most recent job he showed my exactly what the hail did in pictures and why no replacement was needed at this time.  He noticed a couple shingles missing (normal with this type of roof over time) and made some minor replacements at no charge. <br> <br>I wasn't a member of Angie's list when the past work was done, but I am now and his most recent vist reminded me of how pleased I've been with his work including the promptness of his responses, how informative his estimates have been (photos to clearly show exact issues), and the quality of his work.  <br> <br>I would recommend AAA Roofing and would use them again for future roofing needs. <br> <br> <br>"

"The owner John, worked with the insurance estimator and provided me a detailed estimate after discussions with the insurance company, I decided to go ahead with W. Brothers Roofing. They delivered the supplies on time and arrived at 7AM as agreed on. They completed all the roof replacement in one day and cleaned up all the waste materials when finished. They returned two days later to replace all the gutters and the window shielding. The workers were great answering any questions I had and the on-site foreman Rob did a great job keeping me informed as to the flow and status of the work. I am extremely satisfied with the job done."

"Everyone I work with at Moore Construction is always great! Our roof was replaced about 10 years ago and we’ve hired them for other smaller projects (such as soffit repair on garage). I get quick responses when I call the office. The people who come out to do the work are prompt, efficient, clean up after themselves and are just nice guys. After some big storms we occasionally loose a shingle or two, but I never have to worry because they come out to fix within a few days. I never have to worry about them honoring the warrantee on the roof. They are nice people who I feel pride themselves in taking great care of their clients."
