"Bone Dry Roofing just finished our new roof and it has been one of the best decisions I made. Not just getting the new roof but having Bone Dry Roofing install it for us. My first experience with them was when their manager Curtis came to our house and inspected the roof for hours, not knowing if we will give them the contract or not. This just shows they really care about the customer needs and painstakingly try to identify any issues. Their crew was also very polite and cordial and worked non-stop. At every step of the roofing process, they shared pictures to show the updates. At the end of the job, the local head Ron, himself, came to inspect the roof. And this again shows that the whole company seems to be behind their work. They were also kind to provide the best warranty for the work. I am actually having them now do our gutters covers. "They were expensive but good. They were experienced. The price I really didn't know if that's high so it might be comparative to the people especially when they took off the old, put on brand new roof. They didn't put new wood on, but they took off the old and put on the new roof, so it was probably okay. I'm not a roofer but I'm sure that it was good. I got up to 20-year guarantee on it. I put the letter that I approved to have him to do it, and he never did get back to me at all. I had to call them like two weeks later, but what had happened, he had a big mailbox at the front of his house, I guess they didn't really use and then a regular mailbox, and I put in the big mailbox since I thought was for the roofing stuff. They never even opened that box up. So, I called up, then he went out and found that my insurance okayed it. The guys were really nice. I didn't see the owner really anymore it's the guys that work me, and they're all were nice to me."

"<p>Allen Roofing did an excellent job in all aspects of the process.  My roof appeared to be damaged and  the front porch roof was slightly sagging.  I called my insurance co to  send out an adjuster.  The insurance co adjuster informed me it was from typical wear and I would be responsible for covering 100 percent of the  cost.  I spoke to a friend and  he could determine there was wind damage by looking at the raised shingles on the roof.  He advised me to call a roofing company for a second opinion.  I hired  Allen Roofing over 30 years ago to replace a roof on a prior home  and they did an excellent job.  I wasn't sure if they had the same quality and service today but it was better to call someone I had a positive experience in the past than take a chance on calling a random company.  Brad Ritter from Allen Roofing scheduled an appointment with my insurance adjuster to look at the roof.  Brad was very professional and to the point.  Brad pointed out the  hail/wind damage to  the insurance adjuster.  The insurance company agree to cover 100 of the roof replacement except for my deductible.  The crew was at my home as promised.  The crew worked diligently and kept the yard cleaned of any debris.  The J Channel around my bay window was not aligned evenly.  Brad sent someone out to fix it immediately. </p> <p>I was so pleased with the work on the roof I asked Brad to take a look at my gutters.  The water was pouring  over the ends of the gutters in heavy rains in one corner of the home.  Brad helped reconfigure my guttering on my home and add a gutter across the back of the home.  I am so pleased with how the gutters are now able to handle the heavy rainfalls we are having this spring.  Brad, Allen Roofing and their crew is a true blessing and you will not be disappointed.   That is what sets this company apart from others.     I wish other facets of the construction industry were as easy to deal with as Allen Roofing.   </p>   This company provides quality service to all homeowners regardless if you live in a simple modest home or a million dollar home.  <br /> <br />  <br /> <br />. <br />"

His time on our roof cost us nothing, he is very good at dealing with insurance companies, fully explained our roofs condition, and what the insurance company would do. We do not need a new roof, so he did not try to sell us one. I know Drew personally and I know his company will give you the highest quality materials and install, no matter what the insurance company is willing to do. Crown really goes to battle for you!!"

"I called and they found time to come the next day. Kirk showed up when he said he would. (I can't tell you how many times a contractor has shown up late or not at all). Kirk examined the roof saw hail damage, contacted the insurance agency, followed up after the adjuster didn’t call back in a week, and met the adjuster in person to show him the affected areas. This is the service your typical roofing contractor doesn’t do. That is why if it is time for a new roof I recommend you call them."
