We then had him do a second project of installing flag stone. Owner is the site guy too and detail oriented. They will be back for some concrete work next month. They repaired and improved the irrigation, grading and soil and installed Kurapia, a low water use lawn alternative. They have us the great suggestion to reset the old paver patio which they did for a fair price, set ornamental boulders and improved a decomposed granite path.
