Quality of work was very poor and we have to have several areas redone. He left knowing there was a water leak under our new $1200 vanity and has not returned our calls voicing concerns about the “completed” project. "after 3 times we still have the carpenter ants during the first attempt to rid them the tech was short and stood on our toilet instead of getting a ladder to put powder in our exhaust fan with a metal applicator when he stepped down the applicator got caught on the fan edge and broke the plastic where the screws held the fan up. I bought a new fan and I have heard nothing back about them having it installed after them coming out and taking pictures. I have medical issues preventing me from doing it. If nothing is done about this after our contract is up we will not renew it,as customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a high priority"
