"Worst experience we’ve ever had with a handyman or hired renovation service. Took three months to complete this project, only worked an average of 2-3 hour each day. Multiple delays and excuses. Quality of work was very poor and we have to have several areas redone. He left knowing there was a water leak under our new $1200 vanity and has not returned our calls voicing concerns about the “completed” project. This is not a professional company but rather a one man show who cannot complete quality work in a timely manner."

"Had bug out in arlington for years- great service. Moved to Beach in Q1 2017 and hired again- Very poor service. Only 400 ft of grass that was not maintained. Round 1 (Q4 17) - Dead spots - bugs, etc... Called to complain -sent manager - he said it was because they only sprayed every 2 months- this "type weed" was fast moving. He would spray to kill but would leave dead spots. Could not deviate from every 2 months. Round 2 (Q1 17) - Lawn looks awful - called to complain - told me tech would show on X Day to treat lawn. I was home all day- never showed- never called. Came on the next day unannounced and left a note saying he could not access back yard due to dog. - 20 pound terrier."
