"The job was done well, but I would not work with this company again. I was explicit about wanting only exterior windows and screens cleaned - as well as window sills. After Ryan (owner's son) said that they would need to access sill from interior, I explained that this was not the case and that I just wanted them to do the exterior sill. After this discussion, Ryan gave me a price range between $286 -$306, with exact price determined on site at time of job. The cleaner quoted me a price of $300 for exterior windows only. When I asked him if the screens were included, he did not realize I had requested that and said it would be another $75. Later, he said that my screens were harder to remove than many others and said it was my fault for not telling Ryan that they were the difficult kind. ??? The company would not budge on $375 price, but included interior wash. I don't like working with businesses who underquote to get the job."
