"Serenity did a wonderful job on our full kitchen remodel... cabinets, ceilings, paint, countertops, floors, back splash, and new electrical. Steve was patient in laying out our design and reworking the plan to get just what we wanted and needed. Suggestions were offered, but Steve was not pushy and did not try to talk me out of things I knew I wanted (like the removal of our pantry). Although certain retail shops were recommended, we were given the option to shop at any store. The cabinets are made by Eicher Woodworking and are well built and beautiful. Various cabinet options are given when you meet at the cabinet shop. I was able to choose any Sherwin Williams paint color for the cabinets. I recommend having an idea of what you want because once the project gets moving decisions have to be made fairly quickly. We did not compare pricing with other companies, so I do not know how Serenity compares with others. As with any project, there were some "bumps', but the Serenity team took care of everything without any hesitation. I also added some additional work (a pocket door & new trim to a laundry room) during the project and Serenity fit it into their schedule. I was thankful for that. The guys showed up early to work and were always on time. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again for a bathroom remodel in the future."

The only glitch was that a cabinet door that had to be replaced was delayed because a power outage affected the drying process in the cabinet maker's shop. "He used the best hardware in the cabinet that could be obtained which is what I wanted. His carpentry work on the shelves was exceptional. The only issue I had at all was that I thought I had contracted with him to do a staining, the inside and outside. He did not stain the inside but there may have been a miscommunication. I am not sure that I can fully blame him for that."

"Other than a small snafu with the scheduling, it was a great experience. For a tiny fraction of the cost of remodeling my entire shower (which I supposedly needed, according to Bath Fitters), I now have a basically new-looking tub with a beautiful white finish. After a few minor upgrades I can do myself in a weekend (silicone caulking, new paint, etc.) I'll have a great looking bathroom for about $600. <br /> If you have an older home with an original steel tub, I highly recommend refinishing vs. replacing if there are no other issues. The finish should last for 10-15 years and even if you had to do it again you'll still come out way ahead. <br />"
