"After our chimney area developed a leak, I had a chimney specialist inspect the chimney chase cover and caps which were ok. He concluded the leak was from the roofing around the chimney and recommended Merv for this type of repair as it requires expert technique and experience to fix a leak of this nature. Merv and his crew were fantastic, arrived on time, worked hard, and made a high-quality repair. Clean-up was pristine. Merv is very easy to work with, returns calls or texts, and explains things very well. He has earned my trust! Merv (MSW Construction LLC) will definitely be my first choice for future projects and/or repairs - I highly recommend them. "

"Didn't call when the post installation was delayed due to rain. Just showed up to work didn't call ahead. We would have prefered they called when they are coming and when they are delayed. The fence is great and when they were installing the posts they kept us in the loop with need for changes from the original plan. They offered a larger gate when they thought we might more width. We were very happy with our new fence <br /> <br />"
