I contacted Voltage Electrical Services LLC, and they were very understanding, timely, professional and respectful. They promptly came out diagnosed the issue. They communicated every step of the way to inform me of what they were doing and what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. There were parts needed and which they had to pick up but returned very quickly. The issue was resolved and I am a very Happy customer! This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. For rooms larger than 350 square feet, choose a fan with a blade span of 60 inches or larger.
A fan costs around $44 to $88 annually if you run it nonstop. That's assuming it costs about $0.05 to $0.09 to run a fan every hour based on a range of 50 to 80 kilowatts per hour and an average national rate of $0.11 per kilowatt hour for electricity.
Installing a ceiling fan involves several steps:
Turn off the power at the breaker box.
Remove the old fixture and disconnect wiring.
Install support braces if needed.
Attach the new fan housing to the existing box.
Connect the wiring according to code and manufacturer instructions.
Assemble the fan components.
Restore power and test the fan.
