We almost lost our house because of them, if it wasn?t for family, we never would?ve come up with the money. These people are thieves, and con men. They stole $8000, by holding our things hostage. I called to cancel and was told by someone else that if we cancel after 72 hours then it would be nonrefundable. These scammers lied to me to get my money and then when I wanted to cancel - they hid behind a contract that their employee did not stand behind. Then had the nerve to tell me I was in the wrong when I following all protocol based on the phone call I had with this company.
