All aspects of the job were completed in a timely manner without any problems, They even made improvements in a couple areas to reduce the chance of blockages occurring in the future. Everything was inspected after the installation to ensure the new gutters would work properly. All areas around the house were cleaned up thoroughly before they left. "Our roof suffered hail damage in June 2025 and required replacement. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Rampart Roofing. Ken Fristoe was our project manager, and he could not have been better. Ken inspected our roof, discussed replacement options, provided his recommendations and answered all of our questions. He was very responsive and kept us regularly and promptly informed with phone calls, texts and emails. These communications were complemented by the office staff. Materials were delivered on the day scheduled and the following business day the Rampart crew of six roofers showed up at 6:45 a.m. and worked for 10-1/2 hours straight to complete the job in one day. I've never seen a crew work so hard. They did a great job and left the job site completely clean."

"Cheyenne Mountain Roofing has been repairing the roof of our building since 2000. This is a two tiered, flat roof (22,000 sa ft) warehouse building in Colorado Springs Colorado built in 1977. We have had numerous problems and leaks during the years! Since 2020 Cheyenne Mountain Roofing has repaired the roof 4 times. Last week I phoned Ricky (the manager) on Thursday May 11 at about 7:00 AM to inform him our roof was leaking again and could he come out or get someone out to check it out and get it repaired. This is the 4th time in three years we have needed roof repairs, had major leaks and had the interior of our building destroyed ! Chet, a representative, was out later that morning and left, giving no indication what was going on, what was wrong, if and when it could be fixed or any information. We waited for some response, call back, email, or something, but nothing ever came. Friday I called the Cheyenne roofing office at 2:35 PM, as Ricky's did not answer his cell phone. I spoke with the receptionist and asked what was going on----She said she couldn't find Ricky or he wasn't there and someone would call me back that day!!! I'm still waiting a week later with buckets and buckets of water flowing into the building, ceiling tiles falling down, and a total mess with lots of leaks; unhappy tenants, employees, and pet owners! We spent over $8500.00 with Cheyenne Mtn Roofing since 8/12/2020. I know that is not a great deal but they were supposed to have the roof fixed and not leaking. We have always paid our bill! You would think we could at least get a phone call back to say we can fix it, we can fix it on such and such a date, or "go to h***", you're a pain in the neck and we can't, won't, or don't want to fix it! But we got nothing! I feel this is terrible service especially for existing customers. Maybe this is all we can expect in today's world, but I expect MORE! "The gutter part of Brian Pierce Roofing is handled by Brian’s son who is spring boarding off his father’s excellent reputation as a roofing contractor. The son opted to install a smaller size gutter than the one replaced on our home. The reason given for this decision was it was determined they could not fit the full size gutter on a small section abutting a slatted pergola style roof over the back deck. The result was that the smaller size gutter is totally inadequate. Why didn’t these numbskulls put the larger size gutter on 3/4 of the house and a smaller piece only on the area they claimed they needed to? We were foolish to trust their judgment. There was no way of determining the result of their work until weeks later. When it rains water gushes over the puny gutters and the whole purpose of new gutters is defeated. I am 100% disabled veteran and having to fix the shoddy work of Brian Pierce Roofing and Gutters LLC will probably require total replacement which will pose a hardship. Everytime it rains I am reminded of this company and their poor decision and what a mistake it was to hire them. I would not recommend them and our neighbors and passers by can also see an example of their poor work everytime it rains."

"Our experience with Carroll Painting was excellent. Their commitment to the highest quality craftsmanship at reasonable prices best sums up working with them. They did a whole house exterior painting of a large stucco home for us. They used the finest quality paint for all trim, soffits and fascia and deep coats of elastomeric stucco paint in both sprayed and hand rolled application. Our house not only looks great, but is also great to the touch when compared to the dry, deeply weathered and faded stucco surface we had. Steps: Whole house pressure wash; whole house caulking and sealing; patch/repairs to stucco; whole house painting. I would also like to compliment Peter Carroll for his flexibility and willingness to work with us on our color choices. He said he wanted us to be happy with the final job no matter what so we did go back and forth on color choices in the beginning. Once we finalized our choices, with the help of his excellent color sense and recommendations, and the assurance we could make changes during the job if we needed to; we ended up making only one change (on the color of the garage doors) and now have house that pops, tastefully. Their work crew was just as committed to excellence and flexibility as the company owners. They did not watch the clock often working long into the early evening to complete their day’s goal. They were a pleasure to work with."
