"The absolute worst. I have moved states three times and this is by far the worst company I have ever used. They keep coming up either additional charges and fees. Told me my delivery date had to be a 2-30 day window from my FADD date which is the earliest possible date it can be delivered. So I have to rent an apartment and live there with no furniture for up to 30 days? When I asked what is the heads up on delivery ?No set time, it processes as standard. In order to reserve a specific day it could be anywhere from $1000-1500?. So for 30 days I have to sit in my apartment and just wait for my things to be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. "

We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

I reached out and begged JK to help with the major increase (added 65% more to the total...and that was NOT budgeted in whatsoever! After numerous requests for ANY $ help, we were told simply "No." I worked with the physical moving company and they offered to help with some of the expenses...JK, Nope, Nadda, & basically told me TOO D*** BAD!
