Working with Dustin setting up the project was so easy. He listened to my concerns and areas that I wanted to focus on with regard to the roof. Katrina was great, helping us select the materials that would complement our home. I had two layers of roof that had to be removed. The crew did this so quickly and efficiently. They addressed areas of wood that needed to be fixed with no problem. I also had bathroom vents routed properly to the roof as well. "I was looking for contractors that would replace my entire roof after a strong hailstorm.  The trick of my case was - I have a large kinda balcony with flat roofing sheets as a floor. I requested quotes from 4 highly rated companies and 3 out of 4 were puzzled by the flat roof piece of work.  They explained that when my house was being built - the roofers put the flat sheets without any issues, but now 2 balcony door packages should be removed and reinstalled by carpenters, which would increase the price significantly. U.S. Exterior by Seidel offered an alternative solution - to spray existing roofing sheets with special resin based solution, that has a 50 year warranty.  It's more expansive and more fragile than roofing flat sheets, but that was my only reasonable option.
