"This company is unethical. We requested & agreed to their quote for tree removal with stray branches, leaves, etc placed on the curb for county pickup. The company later claimed, the cost for “tree removal” didn’t include actually removing the trees - only cutting them down. And if you have a tree already down due to the storm, the company changes what the “removal” charge means. “Removing the tree” then means dragging it from the back and dumping it in the front. Though I paid an increased cost for removal off my property, the company later claimed the landfill didn’t allow contractors to use their services this soon after Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, my boyfriend provided my payment because he believed the company had no choice due to landfill restrictions. Did we receive a partial refund or discount due to their incompletion of this job? No. The county landfill also confirmed that the company’s claim re: restrictions placed on contractors was a false statement."

"Do not use this serve. Apparently he has a habit of taking half of payment up front and not ever showing up to do as was agreed. I paid over $5,000 up front for sodding and he never returned. Just making you aware that the other review is not a one-time occurence."
