"My experience w/ Ralph Russo (the owner) was extremely pleasant. I will admit he gave me a phenomenal price, so please don't think he does all that work for that low of a price all the time. I recently purchased a home that needs an extreme renovation in the near future and I used that as a negotiating tool. His crew is very thorough and Ralph is willing to explain what needs to get done and what isn't necessary. After my experience w/ him and his guys I will definitely be using his services in the future and I will be willing to pay the normal price. He recently quoted me for additional work and his normal prices are extremely fair."
