"After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. "When choosing a contractor there are many considerations. Referrals, price, reviews about the company. The most important to me are, integrity, honesty and a fair price. Peter covered everything with his proposal. I first met Peter approximately 2015 or 2016 to inquire about a roof. He told me based on the age and type of shingles on my house I didn't need a new roof unless it was leaking. Fast forward to 2021, I called DWM for my roof replacement because of Peter's honesty. A new roof is a large expense, I am extremely satisfied with DWM, the quality of the roof and the workmanship of the team that installed my roof. They kept the work area neat, cleaned up afterwards and did an amazing job of picking up all nails so my puppies were safe. The communication from Jill at the office was perfect. I recommend that anyone who needs a roof to call DWM Roofing. They will not disappoint you!"

"<p>I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Gutters & Exteriors!  John came out to my house, and I was very impressed with the time that he took to explain everything to me and examine the problem.  After locating the hole where my roof was leaking, he offered to provide a "quick fix" to get me through the predicted rain later in the week.  This was done without me asking and free of charge.  John also called the insurance adjuster that had been out to my house to explain Maryland code to him and advocate for the insurance company to pay for my entire roof to be replaced, rather than just the section where the hole was located.  Once again, he did this free of charge and without me signing a contract.  Once I agreed to using Mid-Atlantic Gutters and Exteriors, a few minor glitches came up.  John quickly agreed to fix them without any additional charges.  Susie was very friendly whenever I called and was in constant communication with me regarding the date that the roof would be installed.</p> <p>The crew that completed the work was wonderful!  John had briefed them on all of the small details of the project before their arrival, so they came to the house prepared and ready to work.  Although they had to get their truck into a tight space, they were very thoughtful and considerate of my neighbors and took care in putting materials and their truck on my front lawn.  Once the roof was replaced, they thoroughly cleaned the area, leaving very little debris behind.  I had an overall great experience with the company.  Thank you!</p>"
