"Bryan is very responsive and detailed oriented; comes up with great enhancements, meticulous with calculations, gets the work done right first time, very professional, on time and cleans up. Have used him several times before - built a bathroom cabinet from scratch and installed beautiful wood closet doors. Excellent wood working. Highly recommend him."

"I've had some bad experience with contractors in the past, but Lee'o and his guys were great to work with for my bedroom-to- office remodel. Lee'o kept me informed every step of the way. My project wasn't easy. I needed the old guest room door replaced with an arch, built in desk and cabinets, new flooring and new paint. In the end, it looked better than i had hoped. Lee'o stayed reasonably near my budget (although the increase in supplies was not fun, thanks covid!) and they finished just a few weeks after the proposed timeline (we had trouble getting the flooring i wanted). Overall, I love my new office. I'd recommend Lee'o and his team."

"Very well, price was $60 per door which included paint and hardware. The doors fit perfectly. He told us 6 to 8 weeks and I think they were done in 5 weeks."

"We had a pipe behind the wall in our older tiled shower that had been slowly leaking for some time, and did not realize it until lots of water started seeping onto our bathroom floor from underneath the shower. We had to tear down the entire wall to the shower (which was an exterior wall to the house) right down to the studs to let it dry out. Since we did not like the shower/tub area anyway, we decided to remodel. Dream Maker gave us excellent service all of the way. They worked within our budget, and gave us very detailed instructions of everything that was going to happen each step along the way. They cleaned up every day and did everything when they said they were going to do it. We could not be happier."

"Didn't provide up front cost of job...first time use was great and price <br /> was fair, so we used them again, second time, price not fair at all for work conducted, <br /> and job was done poorly and had to be re-done. Will Not use again. <br />"

"Initial timeline was for 4 to 5 weeks for the remodel project. Total project was 8 weeks. My wife had to continuously call to find out when the contractor was going to be back to work on the cabinets, the flooring, the countertops, the painting, etc. Contractor would work for 2 or 3 hours and then go home and not return for days at a time. It felt like we were a side job. The contractor failed to pull a permit for the electrical work. This was discovered by an inspector who happened to be visiting my home to sign off the work done on a new solar panel installation (different project). When the inspector noticed that the kitchen remodel was under way, he asked the contractor for a copy of the permit and the contractor said that he didn't know that he needed one. This cost us an additional week delay in the project and was a bit disturbing. The contractor was also willing to leave holes in the sheetrock on the wall behind the cabinets and when we commented about the holes (baseball sized) he said that nobody would see them once the cabinets were installed. We argued that the holes weren't there when the old cabinets were installed and that they needed to be filled in prior to hanging the new cabinets. Regarding the quotation for the project: the contractor (owner of Stockdale Kitchen and Bath) told us during the prejob meeting to discuss pricing that he could do a granite countertop for between $1000 and $1500. He also said that it would cost another $1000 for a tiled back splash. Once the project was underway, we were told that the dollar figures didn't include material. We also found out after the project was underway that the contractor did not plan to paint the kitchen and didn't include that in the price. We had to pay additional for that to be done or else would have had to do the painting ourself. The finish work was not good and everywhere the cabinets mated up against a wall or ceiling, you could see crooked paint lines. This was because the contractor installed the cabinets before painted the walls and ceiling. Several of the cabinet shelves didn't line up and one of the lazy susans wouldn't open all the way because of hitting the adjacent stove. When it came time to install our new refrigerator, we literally had to force it into the cabinet opening because the contractor designed the opening for the exact width of the refrigerator. There is zero clearance on the sides of the refrigerator. Throughout the project, the communication was very poor on the part of the contractor. For each issue we raised regarding the quality of the work, the canned response from the contractor was that it was "industry standard". This coming from a man who bragged at the outset about how he went above and beyond what most other contractors do as far as quality work. The only thing that went right with this project was that the cabinets arrived on time and as ordered. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone."

"The first project was electrical socket and breaker box work to replace faulty job from a different contractor. Second was to replace and rebuild bathroom floors, shower plumbing, and tile work. Third was to install wood flooring in kitchen, laundry, and front door areas. Lastly was to paint walls in bedrooms and kitchen. Following the painting, was to replace four windows due to rot. His quality of work was very professional, and all jobs are done in a quality manner that I am truly pleased with. I would recommend him highly to all friends and coworkers. <br />"
