"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

When Shawn arrived to measure (a kitchen initially built over 150 years ago), I was beyond impressed with his meticulous measuring and attention to detail. When Guy and Mike arrived, they were the icing on the cake. Their professional manner, work ethic, and skill transformed the kitchen to the one I dreamt of. The ideas you gave us for updates, Kevin and the others always arriving on the scheduled dates and times and always quickly handling any “glitches” that happened along the way. "Al and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We were hesitant on what shade of Blue to paint our house and Al went out and bought 5 samples for us and also gave his insight to make sure we were confident in our choice. Throughout the process Al was very quick to respond to any questions we had and he also reached out multiple times to let us know the next steps and to make sure we were happy with the progress. The end result was a stunning transformation and Al's recommendation was spot on. I highly recommend Al and his team and they will be our first call when we paint the interior of our house."

"The travertine marble on our fireplace surround had cracked under its own weight and was pulling away from the wall. Superior gave the lowest quote and also had great reviews so we gave them a shot. The whole process was pleasant and painless - We were able to pick from any remnant they had on hand and found a nice honed granite. They told us it would unfortunately not be done until after the new year. Bill came out to do the template and asked if we were having Christmas dinner at our house - I said yes, and he said he would see if they can squeeze us in before the Holiday. Sure enough we got an appointment for Dec 18th. The installers were super friendly and nice - They got the job completed in a couple hours and it looks beautiful. There was no mess at all and everything looks great. I would call Superior again in a heartbeat."
