"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"EnviroSafe cleaned carpeting in an empty apt I'm renting out. Steve worked with me to come up with pricing that worked for me, and made an appointment within a few days of my first contact. He and a co-worker arrived on time. They set right to work, were very efficient, and even cleaned a few small rugs I forgot were in the apartment. After they dried, the rugs smell fresh, and look brighter and clean! I highly recommend EnviroSafe."

"I had a great experience with Purifera Cleaning. They showed up on time, were easy to work with, and did an amazing job. My carpets came out looking so much better than I expected, and they took the time to make sure everything was done right. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I?ll definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable carpet cleaning company."

"The price was more than I thought it would be. They quoted me one price, but it came out a lot more. They quoted me about 55 bucks but I was charged 130."

"Sometimes you just get lucky... Thank you Home Advisor and Salerno Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning! We are so fortunate to have found this business via Home Advisor. Our off-white/cream-colored couch was heavily soiled and had an odor after years of service and enduring 2 long-distance moves. Mr. Salerno arrived on time, provided excellent communication and scheduling, was extremely professional, and got the job done at a very fair price. Our couch looks brand new again! We now plan to have Salerno clean our carpets. This business is top-notch!"

"Raphael' s Cleaning Service was FANTASTIC. I found that the service they provided was even better than the major band carpet cleaning companies. It was their personal approach and eye for detail that was noticeable. I had selected the carpets and area rugs to be cleaned. Raphael noticed 3 additional area rugs that should have been included. He was correct...I had overlooked them. I pointed out one area of concern that would require more attention. The end result looked as clean as the day the rug was purchased. Not only did they phone the day before to reconfirm the appointment; but called the next morning as they were en route and a final called after they left to make sure I was totally pleased with their service. I conclude by saying that they provide A-1 service."
