"I had 4 trees removed by Shades Of Green. The crew showed up before 7AM and starts planning their approach. Once plan had been laid out, the execution was so calculated and with accuracy. They maneuvered their crane right next to my garage as a staging place. Trimmed the 3 big trees right next to my garage with accuracy making sure that the hanging removed tree was safely transported above my garage and house safely to the ground. Protected my lawn and driveway with mats. The whole process was so neat and not to mention you got the front row seat of a spectacular event with big cranes, Bucket trucks and other machinery on the ground. The crew was so precise and shows expertise with their approach. From the ground crew, tree climber, crane operator, the Crew Chief, Julio and Tom the Arborist they showed professionalism and are respectful of the owner’s requests. Carmelo and Miguel were terrific, they worked hard to get as much done as possible within the time frame, and were very amenable to focusing on the main areas we requested help with. One thing we did not realize was that the time required to take the leaves to the disposal area needed to come out of the total time allotted, so we weren't able to get everything completed as we had hoped, but the job was well done, and the price paid was worth hiring someone to do it. Definitely would like to employ their service in the future."

You might remove a tree for free if it’s small, easy to reach, and your city doesn’t require a permit. Call the planning or public works office first to be sure. When removal seems necessary, bring in a licensed arborist for an on-site assessment and written recommendation before you book the crew.
