"October is not a good month to need a new roof in Wenatchee. Contractors are extremely busy trying to get as much work done as they can before the weather turns. When I needed help after a big windstorm, Matt Voorhies from Icon Roofing drove all the way over from Spokane within a few days of my call. He gave me a good idea of what needed to be done to not only repair the damage but to bring the roof up to the codes that had changed since the house was built. Roofs are expensive. Insurance companies don’t like parting with money. The adjuster didn’t do much for me. I told Matt what the adjuster had said. Matt told me to hang on and let him talk with the guy again. The end result was my insurance kicking in over a grand more than they had initially wanted to give me. The crew got to work within a couple weeks. It took two-and-a-half days to replace the roof, and the guys worked the last few hours in falling snow. Given the weather, I was actually a bit surprised that they managed to clean everything up as well as they did. The new roof looks great! I feel a whole lot better about the upcoming winter. I would definitely do business with Icon and Matt again!"

My roof is already done and no other company even has time to schedule for a consult of what was the old roof and these guys are already done. It was just about a week from start to finish. "I appreciated the prompt and courteous service, especially considering how busy all the local roofing companies have been repairing damage from the November windstorm. Our kitchen skylight started leaking, and they sent someone out to take a look within three hours of my call. The employee was very professional and courteous. Upon inspection, he was unable to locate the source of the leak because everything appeared in good repair. He applied a bead of silicone and said he hoped that would stop the leak. It didn't, at all. In fact, the leak continued to worsen. Later that day, McVay brother's called to get my credit card number. Their employee didn't bill me at the time of service because he was unsure what the charge would be. They charged $150.00, which seems pretty steep for such a quick service call that did nothing to address the problem. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and apologetic when I explained why I felt the charge was too high, however, nothing was done to amend the bill. Despite the friendly service, I will not be a repeat customer. <br> <br>"

"I responded to a flyer they left on my door knob after the storm. They showed up on time for the bid, gave me three options after inspecting my roof and sent me the bid the next day. They communicated well after I accepted the bid. On the day of the job the crew showed up right on schedule and started the the job promptly. They job was completed in one day and in expeditious manner. The owner arrived as scheduled the next morning with my warranty paper work. All of the employees I dealt with were friendly and professional. I would do business with them again. <br />"
