From the proposal/quote stage all the way through payment, everything was fully communicated, executed quickly, and delivered with the utmost attention to detail —probably 2-3 weeks from first contact to finished work. We set up an appointment he came out right away and it started off them doing two projects for me. That led me to have them install slat walls in my garage and having custom workbench is made. "Went with Kerry roofing to replace the leaking roof and leaking chimney on my mom's house. The chimney repair went great. They redid the entire top, installed a new liner, and tuck-pointed a good portion of the wall on the house around the chimney which was in also in need of repair. No more leaking chimney! The roof didn't go quite as well as the chimney work. The actual work was done on schedule but there were issues with it after they were done. But Tony was more than happy to get things fixed. Twice I called about somethings I saw that didn't look right and he was able to answer my questions (I'm not a roofing expert, was just comparing to other roofs) and then had a guy out to fix things when he determined that yes it wasn't done right. I realize this was a complicated roof, with many steep gables, but would expect an established roofing company to be able to handle the job, so was a bit disappointed there. But I appreciate that Tony is always a phone call away and able to answer my questions and send someone out if needed. They stand by their work."

We received a reasonable quote, got a discount with the Tile Shop and Studio41, and the work was done in the time estimated. When the workmen discovered some issues with our old pipes, we got a quick estimate for the cost and extra days the work would take and it was done ahead of schedule. On the final day when it turned out that Kohler had a piece on back-order and had not told us, Lee Anne worked with Studio 41 to get a replacement piece at no extra cost so everything was installed and ready on time. They kept the dust and chaos at a minimum (no small feat in a 1-bedroom condo) and we were only in a hotel 2 nights of the 8-day project. Room by Room does quality work at a reasonable price and are extremely professional to work with. They come highly recommended."
