Their price was very competitive among four contractors who provided quotes for. One other quote was same price for painting but wouldn’t do gutter cleaning. Other two quotes were both over 50% more expensive for same scope of work. This is for a rental apartment I need to keep the cost down so that I keep the rent affordable.
