"We recently moved into a new place and knew that our roof was going to need some work and had leaks that had been patched by the previous owners. We had several roofing companies come by and check it out and by far T & G Roofing gave us the most comprehensive description of what needed to be done, how they were going to do it, and what it was going to cost us. Mike Cernile came to our home for the inspection, and had the quote back to us within a couple of days. He was very good at describing what was wrong with the current roof and what would be required to re-roof the home. He was the ONLY person among all the companies we talked to who described where the trucks would need to park and what damage that might cause to our yard, which my wife and I were very thankful for as there were no surprises the days the crews came to do the work. The tear-off was over in less than a day, and the roofing crew was there the very next day to start the work. The entire project was completed quickly and efficiently, with all the work being permitted and inspected. We are very satisfied with the roof we received from T & G."

"Working with Joe and team at Shulman Roofing was a great experience!  I have dealt with many contractors, and my experience with this team was by far the best I have experienced.  Joe showed up very prepared for the initial estimate.  Brought samples and literature for all the products that he installed.  Helped with selection of materials and explained in detail how the process would work.  When I asked for multiple samples to lay on the roof, they showed up on my doorstep the next day.  Entire project lasted 5 days.  First 3 days were spent repairing damage.  Repairs were very complex, including multiple rafter tails and T&G sheathing.  Any issues I pointed out were repaired immediately.  Repairs ended up flawless.  Shingle and flat roof took about 2.5 days.  All flashing, channels and vents look excellent.  It is easy to see that Joe's team has spent many years in the industry.  All materials were cleaned up and house looked good as new at completion.  I would HIGHLY recommend that you consider Joe for your project.  Throughout the project he was very responsive to all questions, and I even got daily updates with pictures of any repair work that was being done. <br />"

He took measurements, surveyed the roof and took photographs. His promised assessment and proposal arrived a few days later. Several proposals are being considered, but La Rocque is a serious contender because the proposal and contract provides a step-by-step sequence of events and the timeline is reasonable. <br />"

I’m the kind of person who likes concise and informative reviews so I would recommend Cavalier builders to anyone for three main reasons: Communication, Expertise and Flexibility. Firstly, if you have ever had any work done you know how important quick communication is. I’m a mom of a toddler and I don’t have a lot of free time. Sharon is always so quick to respond and communicates through text, which is perfect for me. Sends quick updates, videos, and in person he is very helpful. I had him come quote me and he gave his opinion on what he thought needed to be done to get my house ready to sell. Sharon even told me what he thought I didn’t need to do, not many contractors would do that. He talks you through every step and his contracts are very detailed so you know exactly what to expect. Sharon and his team have a lot of expertise and are all very professional, this is the third time working with him and everyone has always come exactly on time, been super courteous, finished the project on time and left my house as clean as it was before. Finally, one of my main reasons I continue to work with Cavalier builders is their flexibility. It is a large business but everyone acts like a family. The benefit is that you can get a job done quickly and on time but they will also take on little jobs that are hard to get other big companies to do. I had a roof leak once and contacted a large roofing company, they said they were booked four weeks out, I contacted Sharon and I had it done one week later. I had an old wall heater that was broken and I wanted to remove it. I contacted a large heating and cooling company and they said they wouldnt do it. After three jobs I even recognize faces behind masks and worked with Eddie, Felix, and Sammi a few times. This is so important to know because if you work with someone who has long term employees it says that the work is good and the results are consistent and that the contractor is someone you want to work with."

"I needed my roof inspected and repaired before the onslaught of El Nino. They were very busy but said they would fit me in. The owner came out and inspected and told me his guys would get to it when they could. I expected to wait weeks but it was only a few days. <br /> After a subsequent wind storm I found more roof tiles on the ground and could see something wrong on the roof. They came out again and made another patch and didn't even charge me for it. <br /> I will definitely call them when I need to have the whole roof replaced in a couple of years. <br />"

The owner mike remembered me when i spoke to him about another quote he had his best rep come out to give me another estimate and all i can say is the work again did not disappoint me. my garage is looking great and both my cars fit perfectly with all my tools so i can do a little work in there as well! highly recommended for garage and solar installs!"
