"I received 5 numbers to get estimates from. Of the five Tommy stopped by the following morning and gave us an estimate. I interacted with the other 4 plus 2 others I found in the local papers. He told me to discard the old part and therefore would not refund me for the parts. He promised a refund of the labor but said it would take 1-3 weeks (LOL). Needless to say, I still have not received my refund. In this case, he was a parts changer and not a diagnostician. He said he couldn't afford to eat his mistake, implying that I should. Terrible businessman would not recommend. I'm out $500 and had to fix the Range myself."
