"She was not professional. Sent her photos prior to the appointment. She came in, and didn?t dictate what she was going to do. Instead I told her where I wanted things. I didn?t realize I was paying $150 for only 1hr. The hr was up, and she didn?t finish organizing everything I needed done. Checked everything when she left, and she had balled up some clothes & bunched them into the drawers. I could?ve done all of it myself instead of paying $150. Learned my lesson. Never getting an ?organizer? again LOL. She was nice though! So if that counts. But the service was not superb. "

"This was my first time hiring a professional organizer and I could not be more pleased. Shannon and Ellis are wonderful to work with and got the job done much faster than I'd anticipated. I had tons of clothing, bags, shoes and jewelry to dig through, plus a gigantic mess on the floor of my closet, and they got everything sorted, stacked, folded and tidied quickly so I could actually see everything I had. They had great ideas for storage and creative suggestions for working in the space I needed. They helped me sort through items to donate and didn't rush me. They took my needs into account and came up with a fantastic organizational system for my closet and bedroom that works for me, using pretty much every bit of space available, which is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!"

Lauren came to two times for three hours each time, for a total of six hours. The entire room and closet were transformed. Lauren was able to guide me on what I could use to increase my storage. Lauren personally took all of my donations with her. Not only was this a wonderful gesture, it prevented me from rummaging through the boxes and to be tempted to keep items. She also helped take all the garbage to my trash cans. Lauren helped me purge so much of unnecessary items! Donating useable items feels really good. My family is so proud of the results. I am very proud of the results, as well. I would highly recommend hiring Lauren for your organizational needs. "

"Bobby took our money and left the job without finishing it. He was supposed to finish remodeling of our rental 10 days ago which he didn’t do it and today he left the job and said won’t finish the job and won’t give our money back and told me if I want to contact my lawyer I can and see us at court. That was his response to us asking to at least give our money back since he is walking away from the work."
