"PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH LEAFFILTER ••••• This company will rob you blind. Two sales rep came to our house to provide us estimates. Both Estimates were totally different. Sales rep. by name of “Rick” showed up at 5:30 Pm, wrote up estimate, he was so pushy to get us yo sign the contract that he made all kind of lies and keep forgetting what he had said, at 6:30 Pm he tells us if we sign the contract right then then we get a price of $4500 for partial gutter replacement. Rick claimed if we do not sign the contract and leave deposit with him before he leaves then our price will be $7800. Rick remind me a cheap car sales with minimum education and training who can Not get a job any where else than a dishonest, low class car dealer. He kept putting down all his compatibles rather than telling us the high points of LeafFilter’s ?? Cuz there is None. Rick keep trying to act cutesy?? Rick was telling us about his personal problems with his wife, like he never listens to his wife and always ignores her requests?? His wife turns the Best up to 90 degrees and goes to bedroom and turns the fans on?? You ask me this guy has chip on his shoulder, he is a lied and dishonest person in doing business and in his personal life.he acts like a looser red neck!! If a company hires this kind of salesman it is clear that they are not honest nor have any concerns for their customers. Against my wishes my sister hired this idiot. Next day we have two guys showing up at our house, they could Not speak English at all. The job was finished in such a rush, all the debris and garbage was left all over our yard and side walks. By then my sister realized what a mistake she had done by hiring this people, she had the payment check for remainder of $4400 in hand but asked the repair man’s to clean up after themselves as well as the roof of our garage that was left full of leafs and debris. The repair man refused to do so and left. Later on that night “Rick” showed up with an Attitude and treated my sister very rudely and accused her of not wanting to pay. I stayed inside since had I gone outside I would’ve thought this p*** a great listen to have respect for people, yet I didn’t feel my martial arts training should be wasted on a piece like him. Later on I found out my Mercedes Benz SUV’s front windshield is cracked, leaf’s and debris are all over my car. Even though I asked the repair man to wait till I move the car, they did not wait and told me no need for it. After a week I filed complaint with the management, I was supposed to meet them, but they never showed ip. Zack the manager called me and told me the night Rich stopped by my house to pick up the check, my windshield was not broken. Now if that was true why would he go indark and check my windshield for No reason?? Furthermore I have my two camera’s captured Rick Mot to be anywhere next the car!! Do you guys really want yo do business with a cheap car salesman, A Lier, dishonest person like Rick or Zack( the manager) ?? Can you trust them?? For sure I can not. Pinnacle Roofing and Solar, LLC, is a family owned and operated company that offers all types of roofing services, from residential asphalt repairs, to commercial installations. We value honesty and integrity, and hire like-minded people for our team. Employees go through drug and background screening. "Update 7/29: We call weekly and are told someone will call us back. We have still not received a call back. update 7/15: no resolution or call back in regards to next steps. Update 6/19: Travis called and listened to the countless issues we ran into and said he would be in touch with a resolution. We have not heard back a week later. Update 6/12: once the photos and this post was made. We received a phone call from the office manager. Wanting someone to come to our house and explain how they have us the wrong estimate and that $1000 more in materials were needed. As I explained why we were upset she proceeded to argue with me and talk over me. I know we were called so that we would take these photos down. We would be happy to when excuses stop, proper communication is made and resolution is reached for the countless issues. We purchased a home and the roof company was set with the previous owners. The material and dumpster was dropped and blocked our driver on a Monday and not removed for 10 days. We were trying to move in during this time. The job took 9 days to complete and that was due to a different crew showing up each day. One day we came back from the store with workers drinking and the one of the roofers passed out drunk in our yard. Once the job was complete we had to contact the company again to notify them that several of our gutters were bent and the yard was left dirty. The company took several days to get back with us and notified us that they contracted this job to another company as they were “too busy”. Each time we reach out we are told the production manager will get in touch with us. Three weeks have passed and a gutter company just arrived to my home without warning/ringing my door bell while I am inside with my newborn baby. We are now at 6 weeks since this job was started with minimal communication and updates. Leaving an update on Facebook in hopes to expedite a resolution by the end of business today. We left a review on google 3 weeks ago with no response. While on their site notice that they have used a photo of my home for an ad. They have the time to take photos of my home to promote their company and cannot communicate with the homeowner. Recommend you use a company that can get the job done with their own crew, without alcohol on the job site , in a timely manor, and corrects issues without excuses."

E. S. General Contracting was started in January 2012. Owned by Dustin Higby and Joe Chapman, Dustin moved away though he is still a co-owner. The E.S. stands for Eagle Scout because we are both Eagle Scouts. Generally it's just me, Joe, doing the work, however if the job is large enough I subcontract with Stroud construction.
