"Gustavo and his team were phenomenal. The scope of the project evolved a lot after starting yet Gustavo was extremely fair with the pricing and tried his best to stick to the original timeline. His ethics are unmatched and did not deviate at all from his original quote for the initial job. From the day he started, you could tell Gustavo's primary objective was to ensure 100% satisfaction when it comes to quality and value. There was a fair amount of structural work such as removing a load bearing wall and replacing it with a complicated support beam. The final result looked like the house was originally built like this. So from the structural elements all the way down to the bathroom tile grouting everything was done with expert precision. Was also amazed to see how tidy his crew kept the house and cleaned up every single day and didn't damage a thing during the 6m renovation. He even helped out with minor things around the house outside of the renovation project which he did with full care. Couldn't recommend Gustavo and his team more. Can never go wrong hiring a great person who gives 100% to deliver."

"We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent. When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. "I can't say enough about Hector and his team. It was a big project involving tearing out an old rotting wooden retaining wall and installing one with interlocking blocks -- a LOT of blocks along a very long stretch, multiple levels, and in a place that machinery could not easily reach. I put it out for multiple bids, and some people just make up (higher) numbers. Hector's bid was very competitive, maybe even the lowest, and he did more work than anyone else was proposing to do. In particular, an additional design element that he proposed (he was the only one I talked to who took the time to find out what I liked and didn't like and made a creative suggestion for something new, rather than just replacing what the old one looked like). And then the team was all super professional and friendly, took the time needed to do the job right and it was a lot of very hard work. We've been getting a lot of compliments on the results. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat."
