"I’m not sure why it only gave me the option of bathroom remodel. He actually did my basement kitchen all new. It’s been a few weeks and I have had time to use the kitchen and really see how it’s turned out. Kogie was responsive from the start, direct and honest. He is to the point. My project wasn’t as easy as expected because a previous contractor had done work incorrectly. He handled everything with ease and kept us calm through the process. Nothing seemed a big deal and everything was fixable. I recognize that not many contractors want to step in and fix someone else’s mess. he reasonably priced and there were no surprises through the process. The kitchen came out beautifully and everything works great. At the end he made sure I was pleased with every last detail. The work was done quickly and he gave me time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with each step. That's how much I trust his work. Below are quick summaries for projects he's completed for me over the years. Bathroom Remodel - This was my first time hiring Gustavo, and thank God I did. I was completely able to rely on his experience and expertise. I could trust that everything being done was to code, which was very important to me since it's an old house. And to speak on his work ethic, he's a contractor that takes pride in his work and ensures that the best quality is put forth. He was on-site everyday to check in on his team and make sure everything was being done to his standard. (fyi, it was, the people he hires are also great) In the end, the bathroom turned out great.  Staircase Refinish - I hired Gustavo again to refinish the main staircase in our house because there was no way I'd let anyone else near the job. I only trusted him and his team to get the job done correctly. Despite it being a very tedious and time consuming project, his team did an amazon job, from sanding to staining, an A+ job. Washer/Dryer Install - I know when I have a project that involves multiple departments, Gustavo is the person to call. Since he takes so much pride in his work, he surrounds himself with and collaborates with people he trusts and who also do good work. For this install I needed a plumber and electrician, which he was easily able to provide and coordinate with. The project turned out great. He even saved me from making a mistake on a layout decision, proving once again how much I trust his experience and expertise. Kitchen Ceiling - One of the projects I unfortunately didn't have Gustavo on was my kitchen remodel, and to this day, I wish I had. One of the main eye sores our other contractor left us with was an issue with the ceiling. But Gustavo 1. noticed it right away, since any good contractor would have, and 2. was able to fix it easily and at a fair price. If this was Gustavo's kitchen remodel, he never would have allowed for an error like that to go uncorrected."

"Lenny and team did a fantastic job on our kitchen (and entire first floor) remodel project. From first meet, to quick/fair quote (no haggling/negotiation necessary) to the endless patience he displayed as we debated endlessly about what style to go with and all the individual choices that go along with it. He came to the stores with us to talk through options and the pros and cons of the materials and was available anytime we wanted to chat. When it came to doing the work, it couldn't have gone smoother. Fast execution. High quality work. Daily clean up (zero mess in or outside the house during). When we didn't like some of the choices we made (paint, etc), Lenny made the changes with zero fuss. There are many examples throughout the project where the team went above and beyond and finished right on time.
