"The Corrigan team did an excellent job of painting the house. We have had the house painted twice before, but never saw such extensive prep work as happened this time. In addition, rotten wood was replaced and the shutters, some of which had broken and/or rotted, were refurbished. The house now looks like new. In addition, they repainted the floor of the screened porch and the rear stoop, which we did not expect. Our only caveat is that cleanup was not as anticipated. Joe said they would vacuum up the chips and dust, but the most they did was to blow some of the dust under a bush. Over all, I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough and expert job done on their house."

"Adriano and his crew did a magnificent job power washing and restaining my house, and his carpenter (Diago?) did a fantastic job of replacing lots of rotten wood on my deck, fixing broken lattices, and shoring up the deck's attachment to a pillar. The house exterior and deck hadn't been stained or cleaned in such a long time, there was barely any old stain left, so they were working from scratch. They also left my property in immaculate condition. All this with much courtesy and good humor. They worked on our home like it was their own. I can't recommend them enough. His pricing was very fair."

"THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB IN RECORD-SETTING TIME. WE WERE CORRECTING PROBLEMS FROM A PREVIOUS PAINTING EXERIENCE AND TRYING TO FINISH BEFORE WINTER WEATHER SET IN. THEY FINISHED MORE THAN WHAT WE EXPECTED. OUR HOUSE LOOKS TERRIFIC AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM."

"Franklyn, Dali, and their crew were amazing start to finish. They repaired and painted our large Craftsman home’s exterior 6 years ago and it’s still going strong! They showed up every single day, spending long hours in the heat, until the job was 100% done and perfect. We have since hired them again to do interior painting as well. They are wonderful people and fantastic painters. If I could give them 10 stars, I would."

"
Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.
External Paint sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean - superb workmanship very happy with work
External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .
External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day
External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 8 days
External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days
If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow
