You can tell by speaking with John that he REALLY cares about the work and is invested in your property. He made suggestions during the job that not only upgraded the initial quality of what we were looking for but saved us a bit of money in the end. He is honest with the state of the work that needed to be done and make outstanding creative suggestions when asked for his opinion (color, style blend, etc).
