"From start to finish, Patriot Roofing performed brilliantly! Kraig Perry provided the original estimate, which proved to be fair, accurate, and was given without any kind of sales pressure or attempt to "upsell". The contract and financing options were also clear and detailed. When it came to the actual installation, Production Manager Larry Smith did an excellent job keeping us informed of minor delays, and helped coordinate de-confliction with an ongoing fence project. When the project began, Crew Chief Charlie proved to be a talented professional. He and his team worked hard, fast, and smart, and the results turned out even better than we expected. The day after the roof/insulation/vent work was completed, the gutter installation team arrived, and finished in one day. I didn't write down the names of the two-person crew who installed the custom gutters, but the two of them (a woman and a man) were also exceptionally professional and competent. Nicest looking and highest-quality gutters this home has ever had! All additions to the original contract price were clearly communicated; there were no surprises. There still are a couple of items remaining to be completed, most notably replacing the rusted furnace vent pipe, which will be handled by an HVAC specialist. One minor issue occurred when the water heater vent pipe was reinstalled; it was dislocated at the water heater, and so was venting directly into the laundry room. When my wife discovered this late on a Friday afternoon (of Labor Day weekend), I sent an email to the @customer-service address, and received a response by phone within 30 minutes. Steve Campbell promised that a repair would happen that evening. Even though no specialists were available, the Patriot Roofing Production Manager assigned to monitor final completion, Eberardo Alarcon, responded himself, evaluated the situation, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the vent pipe within a few minutes! It's this kind of customer service which distinguishes Patriot Roofing from its competition. Two very minor things for improvement: There were a bunch of roofing nails left on the driveway and dog kennel; (We did a thorough search after the roofing crew departed.) Also, we provided about 3/4 of a gallon of exterior house paint for the couple of new wooden eave vents, but the remaining paint hasn't been returned. We're going to need that to paint the replacement sheathing under the eaves, and/or do a color match. Aside from those very minor issues, we have only great things to say about Patriot Roofing; I've already recommended this company to several friends who are planning to re-roof this Fall."

"I was told I needed a new roof immediately by 2 other roofing companies. Aaron's opinion was that I could make repairs and replace the roof in 3-5 years. The work was completed quickly and professionally. The bill was $300 below estimate, even after I requested that they clean off the moss as part of the work. I couldn't be happier and will hire Aaron to replace my roof in a few years."

"To Temo Rodriquez TJ Roofing LLC: Thank you for the very fast service you provided when I called regarding a leek I detected in mid January of this year. Your one day research and repair saved me bundles of money on stopping damage inside my home. Then you did it again for me in a different area of the roof in late February. As I am retired and on a fixed income, I hope to be able to replace my roof before next winter and I will assure you that TJ Roofing LLC will get the job. "Top Gear roofing did an excellent job. First thing that impressed me was how responsive they were. They provided a quick response, competitive bid, a workable timeline and most of all; professional and quality work. What I also appreciated was when they found a problem with my roof that even I wasn’t aware of like a broken tile or flashing that had pulled away that they took the initiative to fix it and do it right without coming back to me asking for more money. I watched their workers. Hard working, conscientious and trustworthy. We are pleased and would hire them again."

"Earthtone stands behind their work like no other company I have ever worked with. My roof was replaced in March of 2018. A few years later a skylight started leaking and Mike was onsite and fixed it the same day. Then yesterday (8/21/2024) I found an issue with the roof and Mike had a crew onsite first thing today to fix it. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike and Earthtone for your roofing needs."

"My company has been using Stormshield Roofing for multiple projects over the past 15 years. They are punctual and have reasonable prices. I highly recommend them. Dan M."
