"Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. I was originally concerned that the tear-off might damage the fine mesh screens over the rain gutters but the screens are fine. GAFCO did something that I didn't expect but really appreciate. "We bought a new home with a metal roof and was told they last forever. What we weren't told, is that they last forever when installed correctly. It was devastating to find out our roof needed to be replaced. We called around for different bids, but once we found out the cost to replace the metal, we wanted to be sure this was done by a company that eats , breathes, and sleeps metal roofs. Most of the companies we spoke with only did a few metal roofs a year. I finally found Metal Roof Specialities and knew after my first conversation with Hailey that this was the company we wanted to work with. She answered all of my questions, was so comforting, understood my frustrations and concerns. She introduced me to Wayne who came out and looked at our existing roof. One thing I appreciated so much, was they really wanted to see what they could do to fix our existing roof. Once Wayne saw it, and explained all that it would take to fix the existing, we all agreed it would be best to replace with a new one. Wayne got back to us with a bid and was very thorough in explaining it and the process. We went in to the office to pick our color and met Jerry the owner. They were all so great in the office. Really made this process a positive one. We ended up choosing the Old Zinc Gray. Wayne was out with his crew to install. Justin and Tony were great. They all worked so hard. Rain, hail, sunshine, they dealt with our typical Spring weather. They kept the site extremely clean. Kept in contact with me about what was going on.
