I climbed into the attic space, found an animal skeleton and paths through the insulation, and decided I needed a professional. The tech came exactly at the time we set for the appointment, and did an external examination of our house and the attic space. He quickly determined that we had rats and squirrels, and came back for a second visit for a more through exam of any places the critters could enter. Two technicians came back with more equipment and after a very thorough check of the roof determined that a minimum of work needed to be done. What was most impressive to me was that I made all the decisions on what I wanted done  and was able to talk to him about thoses decisions with complete satisfaction and no pressure. I was even told that at any time I could change or add a treatment when I wanted to.  Decisions made, appointments set up and kept on time, work very professional and a call from the office for next appointment and to make sure everything went well.
