"They did a good job fixing the sprinkler system, but they left a long rubber piece sticking out of the ground in the back yard. I don't know what it is or if it's safe to cut it off. His work was way over-priced. They did not give us a written estimate. I believe he got us confused with another estimate. He quoted us price. After the work was done, the bill was $300 more than he quoted. When I questioned him, he said he gave us an $800 discount. He said, I quoted you It was more than $1,000 over what he had actually quoted us. We would never have agreed to what he said he quoted us because we thought the lower price was still way too much. Getting him paid was a nightmare. He told us he accepted credit cards. When we tried to pay him through Home Advisor using a credit card, it wasn'tt set up to take credit cards. I ended up having to get a cash draw on my credit card, which cost me an additional $45. There were four sprinkler valves on the side of my house. They replaced all four. Then they told me two of them weren'tt connected to anything. They didn't speak English well enough to make me understand why they replaced the two that weren'tt connected to anything. I gave them 3 stars because (1) he came out when he said he would (which 3 other contractors didn't do) and (2) the sprinkler system works for the first time in 2 years. Everything else about this job was not a good experience."

We had 32 cubic yard of bark remove, re install drip line for over 20 plants and trees, re wire garden lights, replace boarder with a metal boarder, apply weed barrier then cover area with 36 cubic yard of 3/4-1" of river rock. We are very pleased with their timeline. FYI, the written quote had some grammatical issues, this in part due to being bilingual. The quote reflected our verbal discussion."

"Salvador and his team were great, they were very friendly and worked **** ** the projects. They removed our old grass, weeds, and pulled tons of old tree roots out, leveled the dirt, and added more dirt to the front end to make our lawn more flat and even. They also installed a short retaining wall and a new fence with gate.... the main guy doing the wall took lots of care while placing each block for our wall. They installed a new sprinkler and drip system, planted two trees that we purchased and rolled out great new sod. They laid pavers for a nice new porch along with a matching barrier wall at the end of our porch. Salvador was there every day working along side his guys and they cleaned up after every day. He also stopped by to check on the grass just a few days later and programmed our sprinkler system.... and he offered to come back to do our first mow and adjust the sprinkler system!
