Said they would ?stop by when in the area?. Told them absolutely not, they had to make appointment so I could review their work. Came by when I was not home and did a very thin coat of the product. Looked like a thin coat of ?drylock. Did not look like pictures on brochure attached along with my chimney photos. I complained but was completely ignored.
