They worked all day on my yard, eliminating and removing 2 large oak trees, an extremely tall hickory tree, 9 pine trees, and a "widow-maker" deciduous tree in 100 degree heat. My kids and I tried to bring them food, drinks, chairs, etc... , but we had to be EXTREMELY forceful for them to accept our offering. "I scheduled a fertilization and tree pruning in August 2021 to take place in September. SavaTree did the fertilization on time, but did not come back to do the pruning. Made multiple calls where I was told they would look into it and then I would not hear back. When I called for the third time in late October, I was told the pruning was scheduled for January 2022, but they may be able prune in late November. I cancelled at this point and asked for my deposit back. It is not good customer service to promise a date, not call back if the promised date can not be met, and also not get back to me when I call multiple times."
