"Spoke to Nick on the phone and explained what needed to be done with our front stairs railing.Nick explained what he recommended be done.Nick was very easy to talk to he was very knowledgeable of what needed to be accomplished.It was refreshing to find a tradesman who takes pride in their profession and it showed with the completed project.Nick went above and beyond what we needed to have done. "The project is not completed. Communication continues to be a problem. I was expecting work to be done today, but nobody showed. The man who did the post hoes was a hard worker and considerate. I have a call in to Miguel who is supposed managing the project, but no reply to my message. It is a frustrating situation. UPDATE: After consideration I would say that the project was done well, but the lack of communication is both frustrating and disappointing"
