"My townhouse is over 25 years old and still had the original builder roof. Then a 2mm barrier shield Is layed over the plywood sub roof to keep out moisture, and then the shingles are nailed on - three nails per shingle. My new roof will not give me any worries for at least 25 years and it is transferable to a new owner of my townhouse should I ever decide to sell it. Oh yeah, if a shingle does blow off, they will come and repair it. Peace of mind! The HCR crew was very professional. They started scraping the old shingles off just as soon as they arrived at my job site. After all the old worn out shingles were off the roof, the fun began. It was amazing to me to watch a crew member swiftly carry each package of shingles up a very tall ladder to the roof. By the time all the packages were on top of the roof, the barrier shield was laid out. Then each single shingle was laid down and nailed. After all shingles were in place, the crew cleaned up the debris in my yard and in my neighbors’ yards. My new roof looks amazing! Michael contacted me on the day of the install to check on the progress. All went well! I now have a very beautiful roof that I don't have to worry about replacing for at least 25 years. They worked diligently from early morning until sunset. It was a 3-1/2 day job on a 2-1/2 story house. "I first contacted Atlantic Roofing Services by phone May 9th, on May 10, it was done. Mike came out on May 9th. He walked the roof and he explained to me the repairs necessary to stop the leak and suggested preventative work as well. He gave me an estimate and a start date upon my approval. Mike showed up on time with 2 other roofers and knocked out the job in less than an hour and a half. He cleaned up and hauled away all debris. As you know, this is roofing and only time and rain will tell the quality, but I observed all work and I believe they have stopped the leak using quality parts, materials, and workmanship.
