The work was done quickly, professionally, and all through the process I was able to ask any questions I wanted and get real answers I could understand. They showed up when they said they would, and they were just a pleasure to work with. I originally had planned on a large concrete patio and concrete pad for a shed, but I ended up adding some drainage work and a retaining wall since the prices were so reasonable and the work I saw was excellent. The job was finished today, and everything was cleaned up and all I have to do now is enjoy my new patio. I plan to bring High Tech back for some additional work. "Fredy&apos;s group has done an excellent job to "water proof" the porch wall. This job was very complicated; they must remove the blue stones on the porch so they could go down to" water proof" the wall from outside first, then they put back the blue stones and sealed the porch with water seal material. After that, they did the water proofing the inside of the wall to assure no more leakage from the porch to the house. It was raining hard for a couple times but the wall is still completely dried, thanks for the wonderful job done by Fredy&apos;s contracting,inc. I greatly recommend this company to everybody."
