And I say that because a professional landscaper knows customers prefers a symmetrical straight bark. So I decided, instead of rejecting the sapling and sending it off to its potential demise, I decided to keep her and nourish her. Once she becomes a full grown beautiful tree, I’ll always reflect on the story of her arrival to her new home, and how I adopted and embraced her difference in having a curved bark.
