However, the extra charge for relocating the building was absolutely outrageous $1,400! That is just crazy when the initial property survey and building location cost $2,000. I was willing to pay extra for the new location after the city did not approve the initial site, but not that much! The total I ended up paying was $3,200, even after Kelly knocked off $200. The initial estimate was supposed to be between $1,500 and $2,000."
