Not only was he the only place in the Youngstown area who answered the phone (about four or five other places never answered nor returned my call), he was out within hours to give me a quote. For a large yard with lots of leaves, his price was beyond reasonable. Brandon is incredibly friendly, personable and professional. His crew arrived the next day, with Brandon calling an hour out to let me know of his arrival (a courtesy that many companies no longer extend). They did a GREAT job - the yard looked immaculate, leaf-free. My huge pile of leaves was picked up early the next day, and, again, Brandon called to give me updates/ETA. This was an all-around fantastic experience and you should not hesitate to consider Good Ole Boys for your lawn care need. A+"
