"We cannot recommend Woody and Carolina Professional Landscapes enough. During a very busy season he was able to fit in our job within a couple of months of scheduling and for a reasonable rate to overhaul our entire yard, front and back. It was a huge project and he was there every step of the way, checking in on days other contractors were working and checking on his workers several times a day. He was also very responsive to any questions that came up along the way. During the initial consultation, Woody suggested that a small paver patio off the porch would add a nice entertaining area, and it turned out lovely. We canâ  t wait to grill out on it. The yard was a mess and we had a big drainage issue where one side of the house had become a swamp. CPL was able to re-grade everything to have a slight slope and bury all the downspouts to drain to popup drains at the lowest point. Before doing this work, they had to remove old and rotted railroad ties and tons of rocks that filled a boat pad. We also had them redo all the landscaping in the front of the house, and they picked out a wonderful variety of bushes and evergreens. They also installed sod around the whole property and were sure to prep the ground with a huge amount of soil/manure mixture. In addition, Woody was very knowledgeable about the best type of grass to install given the amount of shade in our backyard. Since finishing we have received numerous compliments from both neighbors and from random people walking by. One of our neighbors recently put their house on the market and, only partly in jest, said that one reason they had such good offers come in was that our landscaping looked so good. This was a very large job, and throughout it all we were impressed with both the quality of the work and the level of professionalism."
