His staff sent me a written contract the next day, and Lloyd was at work within three days after I place the request using Home Advisor. Lloyd repaired and replace an old wood water table (that was causing leeks) with a brick water table and sheet metal flashing. Not only that, but his expertise also included remodeling, so I had him finished remodeling my bathroom that was down to the studs.
