As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. "I called and spoke to Grace she was very friendly and scheduled Luis to give me a free estimate. Luis came and explained what could be done and the cost estimate of $800.00. This was the best cost estimate that I had received from all of the 7 companies I contacted. I went ahead and scheduled the work and everything went as planned. The end result was good and the price was exactly what Luis quoted... $800.00. I feel I made a good choice with this company. My only complaint if I can even call it that, is I received a courtesy call from Ava at Dry Master and she asked if I had anyone to do the repair work post remediation and if not, Dry Master could suggest something. But I never got any information from them after the job was completed. Overall, everything else was good."
